BELLY BINDING
*Great way to prevent Diastasis Recti
Can be done with a Venda, Faja, or Binder.
Can be done as soon as 4hrs Postpartum. Recommended to use for abdominal support during the day until the end of the Quarentena.
CERRADA / SEALING CEREMONY
3-5 Hour service, in Home or provided at Acorn Birth Center; may take awhile to allow space for breastfeeding and attending to Newborn, as needed.
